New replacement DIY sub?ok, i’ve had an Adire Audio 12" Shiva in a 8 cu ft enclosure ported to 15 Hz for about 3 or 4 years, and it’s now making that medium pitch rattling sound like it’s been blown. Which doesn’t surprise me, i’ve bottomed it out several times and I figure one of the voice coils finally gave out and bent. Yes i said 8 cubic feet and 15 hertz.I go to Adire’s website, and they’re closing operation? I had previously intended to upgrade to a tempest when the shiva blew, but i can’t now that they.
Help finding song artist/titleThis is a longshot, but it worked for a song I was looking for a few years ago, so here goes:I heard a song with a female vocalist that had the line "find the words to fill the empty places" or something similar. It sounded like a relatively recent song, but I’m not sure. I heard it at The Container Store, which uses a satellite service for their music so they couldn’t tell me who it was. Any ideas?Thanks!
TV “Small Wonder”I was told once Amazon.com put up a section for a tv show, it meant that there was a strong possiblity of it coming out.Hopefully this is true. ive heard nothing at all on this show, hopefully some1 on this board have some insight.I just remember wanting my own robot so bad as a kid. Every show with a robot had me glued to the TV like a child trapped in Dinsney Land.There is no secret of the cult following for this show, so I can only hope something is in the works.
anamorphic Wargames?I watched the letterboxed DVD last night and my god does the non-anamorphic enhancement hurt the pictureI know MGM put out an anamorphic DVD of Back to School (before the SE)just wondering if they snuck an anamorhpic Wargames by us.
