Question for Space 1999 fans?….
“This Is The Army” Synergy version - still hold off?Robert Harris hinted that there was an official release of this title coming and to Hold Off purchasing various PD versions. I have still yet to see any official words or words of encouragement? Since then I saw Synergy Entertainment released a version of this title. Is this any better than the others? Has anyone seen a copy of Synergy’s attempt? Also, how does Platinum’s version look? So far from the versions I have, Digiview’s is the best. Comments? Suggestions? Should I still.
Question for Space 1999 fans?.I understand the moon got blown out of its orbit. But, I have a couple of questions.-When the moon first gets blown out of orbit. Did anyone try to take an Eagle and go back to Earth? -Speaking of Earth. Do they hear from Earth after they left? I can only assume the Earth went through some cataclysmic stuff after losing the moon.-How does the moon travel so far ever episode as to encounter a new planet or such? Unlike the Death Star.I don’t think it has hyper-drive. ;)Thanks!
question on video upscalingI have a 55 inch JVC IDLA with 1080 p I will be hooking a HDMI cable box and a hdmi DVD player to the tv via a receiver. My question is do I need a receiver that just allows HDMI pass thru or do I need to spend more money to get one that does upscaling. I already have the speakers for 5.1. What receiver do I need? I also would like a second zone so I can run some outside speakers.
