Road Runner/Wile E. Coyote cartoons–what’s the best DVD set to get ‘em in ?Hey guys, I found out recently that my boyfriend is a huge fan of the Warner Brothers Road Runner cartoon segments and I really wanna buy him some DVDs of it. What’s the best possible way to get these ?He’s a fan of the other Warner Brothers stuff too (Bugs, Daffy, Porky, etc), so if Road Runner’s included on those Looney Tunes Gold Collections (I’m not sure I have that right–are there different full set releases of Looney Tunes, or just those definitive ones?), maybe I’ll just get the.

I’ve been quite dissatisfied with the whole compact disc thing (puny artwork, brittle "digital" sound for older analog masters, which is most of what I listen to, stuff I want to hear that’s only available on vinyl, etc). I remember hearing a friend’s turntable and was blown away by the warmth and musicality of it and immediately knew what i was missing. But it seems like a dizzying and daunting field. .
