Anyone else deal with this?I am the only one that suffers from anticipation anxiety? Every major life change has been accompanied by extended periods of it, with frequent panic attacks and irritable bowel syndrome. It first struck me when I was in middle school and attended a summer program at a local college. At the time, I had no idea what was causing it and was too embarrassed to bring it up to anyone so I just rode it out. It lasted a couple weeks; one night I was watching You’ve Got Mail with my mother it vanished.
