Dolby TrueHDI’m currently considering the various options for an HD player and I’d like to know what capabilities I’d need (or if it is even possible in my system) to take advantage of Dolby TrueHD and the DTS equivalent. Would I need a player capable of 7 channel analog output? Or is this only possible through HDMI audio?

I recently upgraded my system by purchasing an HD DVD player (Toshiba HD-A2), followed by a 42" Panasonic plasma TV (TH-42PC77U) and an Onkyo SR-605 receiver. I currently have a 5.1 speaker setup populated with speakers from.
